With over 40 years of dedicated healthcare experience, Tammy Nixon is the heart of our clinic operations at Bee Well Family Healthcare. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Eufaula Hospital and went on to help grow other organizations, steadily advancing through roles as a scheduling clerk, referral coordinator, and ultimately managing administrative operations for a large health system. Tammy played a pivotal role in launching Bee Well Family Healthcare on July 6, 2023, and has since overseen every aspect of our practice from scheduling, registration, billing, payroll, medical records, and so much more. Known for her exceptional multitasking abilities and outstanding customer service, Tammy brings warmth, efficiency, and expertise to our team and every patient interaction.

Patti Kilby, NRCMA

Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant

Patti is a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant, registered through the National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP). With a background in family medicine and urgent care, Patti brings valuable experience and knowledge to Bee Well Family Healthcare. Known for her compassionate approach and patient-first mindset, she ensures that each patient feels seen, heard, and well cared for during their visit. Pattiā€™s hard work and attention to detail make her a key part of our team, where she consistently goes above and beyond to support our patients and staff alike.

Matthew Vaughn, CCMA

Certified Clinical Medical Assistant

Matthew brings seven years of diverse healthcare experience to Bee Well Family Healthcare, with a focus on excellence in patient care and clinical operations. As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), he has worked across multiple specialties including primary care, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, and general surgery. Matthew's educational background in Cell and Molecular Biology and Medical Sciences, combined with his hands-on expertise, gives him a unique perspective that enhances both patient care and team performance. Passionate about building strong, supportive environments, he ensures our clinic provides compassionate, high-quality service to each patient, every day. Matthew is also pursuing further education to become a physician, a journey our clinic is proud and excited to support. His commitment to patient care, team leadership, and personal growth makes him a valuable asset to both our team and our patients.
